certificate.The RSA key will match with the certificate only if you have used the
same certificate signing request(CSR) for certificate generation. You can match the
SSL certificate and RSA key here :

If you do not have matching RSA key for this certificate, then I request you to do
the below steps.
1) Generate a CSR here: https://www.hostgator.com/generatecsr
2) Provide the generated CSR to your SSL issuer for the certificate generation.
3) Once the certificate generates, provide this certificate to us along with the RSA
key to proceed further.
